
Stephanie is a professional freelance photographer originally from Paris, France. She currently lives in Vancouver, BC, Canada, recent host of the Olympic Winter Games.
She enjoys experiencing different cultures and surroundings and has been living in various countries, including New Zealand (Sept 2001 to Jan 2004).
She works in various areas including sports, society and culture. She has clicked pictures of some of the world's famous sporting people and teams such as the America's cup teams of Alinghi and Team New Zealand (sailing), the All Blacks (rugby), the New Zealand Taekwon-Do Team, Tennis and Rally stars and more recently has been covering the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
She has supplied many leading publications, such as SeaHorse (eng), L'Hebdo (sui), Paris Match (fra), Le Matin (sui), Voiles&Voiliers (fra), King's (fra), Schweitzer Illustrierte (sui), L'Equipe (fra), to name a few.
She chose sport as the context in which to work because it has always provided her with balance. People and emotions are great subjects. She likes to concentrate on the aesthetic, intense and rich aspects of sport to capture these images. She also loves to work on portrait photography.
